Oscar said that this execise "It's a really comprehensive revision"
Also he remarked this word, "Thorough", that means in depth.
My name's Arnost and I'm from Prague in the Czech Republic. I was born There, and I leved there until I was 15, but them my family decided to move to Brno, and that's where I live now.
I'm divorced ans I have a daughter called Eliska who is five years old / is five. She spends two weeks a month with me and two weeks with her mother. I have two sisters, who are both studying at university. I am the oldest child / eldest child in the family. My mother works in the tourist office and my father is retired. He used to be a computer consultant.
I work for a big supermarket chain. I am in charge of foreign suppliers which means that I have to use English when I talk to them on the phone, and sometimes I travel to other countries such as The Netherlands and Italy to meet suppliers.
I have been learning English for about eight years. I studied it at school and then when I left school Ispent six weeks in England. During the day I went to English classes and in the evening I worked as a waiter in a restaurant. It was a hard job / very hard work. When I came home my English had improved a lot but I still need to learn more. My main aim this year is to be able to speak more fluently and to improve my writing. I think I am quite good at reading in English. As soon as my level of English is good enough, (First conditional) I'll take the Cambridge First Certificate exam.
I have very little free time but when I can, I go swimming. If I had more time, I would learn another language maybe Spanish or Italian.
Recomendo revisar del año pasado los gerundios, + ing , +to verb...
